Nick Zukin is former food blogger and web developer turned restaurateur. He currently owns the two Mi Mero Mole taquerias in Portland and regularly travels to Mexico for "research." He formerly co-owned Kenny & Zuke's Delicatessen and co-authored the cookbook The Artisan Jewish Deli at Home.
