There's a good chance you're going to be seeing more of Two Kilts' packaged beer around Portland as the year goes on. Since 2011, the brewery's Sherwood industrial park location has been a staple of the commuter crowd. In 2015, the plan was to relocate to a new brewpub in Hillsboro, and also can beer for broader distribution. By year's end, the canning took, but the brewpub didn't. For now, the staff at Two Kilts says, the brewery will make improvements to its current location and increase focus on retail distribution of beers that include Crystal Sunshine India session lager and its most popular beer, a slightly peaty "Scottish ale" which won gold at the biennial World Beer Cup in Colorado.
