Willamette Week Event Submission Form

Thanks for checking out Willamette Week’s music events submission page. Here’s a few things you should know before you submit your event:

If your event is occurring at one of the venues on the below list, we’ve already got you covered. You can send additional show info to music editor Casey Jarman or assistant music editor/calendar editor Michael Mannheimer.

If your event is NOT at one of the venues on the below list, we’d love for you to submit it using the below form. Once approved by WW, the show will appear in our online music calendar and be considered (space provided) for inclusion/write-ups in the print version of Willamette Week.

If you’re a booker/promoter/club owner and have multiple Portland-area events at a single location on a regular basis, a service called dBMonkey provides you with free and easy access to WW’s calendar. Check it out at dbmonkey.com, or email WW music editor Casey Jarman for more information. The dBMonkey service is also available as an organizational utility for individual artists, and WW isn’t the only local outlet to pull from dBMonkey’s database.

Lastly, physical CDs and press kits should be sent to Music Desk, Willamette Week, 2220 NW Quimby, Portland, OR. Please include show or release date information with any media sent to that address. Digital press kits and releases may be sent to Casey Jarman and Michael Mannheimer.
