My girlfriend and I have a good healthy sex life. To date
I have only one problem with the sex: I am unable to make
her orgasm through intercourse or oral sex. This is frustrating,
and I feel selfish at times. After sex, she usually takes
herself to orgasm. She says out of five partners total, nobody
has been able to do this for her. But with the last three
girls I have been with, this was never a problem for me. So
here is my question: Since she is 18, is that maybe why? Is

Could be her age, could be stress, could be too much unbleached
wheat flour in her diet. In any case, it's not your fault.
But that doesn't let you off the hook, either. Most gals need
a little practice before orgasms can spontaneously arise from

you happen to be available, she'll probably want to practice
on you.

bored or left out, then ask her to teach you how she does

been chronically ill for some time now; he was diagnosed two

I'm with you--the chronically ill have to realize that their
life-and-death medical tragedies aren't the only problems
in the world! What about the mental discomfort of the physically
healthy? What about the cultural problems with late-night
TV? If I shoot myself in the foot, do I not bleed on the hostess's
carpet?
NN, we live in a materialist society that values cold hard
cash above all else. So if you are tired of doing all your
housebound boyfriend's chores, ask him to hire help (or teach
him to use an Internet delivery service) and be done with
it. Once our capitalist system has duplicated and usurped
every service you once provided in his life (thus rendering
you functionally irrelevant), it might be easier to dump him.
On the other hand, you might find out you're still looking
for something in your relationship with him. If that's the
case, then share a little of yourself with him. Tell him about
your own tragedies, large and small--don't worry about how
they compare to his. Illness is a captivating subject of conversation,
I know, but you don't have to let it take center stage all
the time. He can tell you a lot more about himself than his
disease, and so can you.
P.S. Of course, there are some issues that might be better
discussed in the context of a support group. You might ask
his doctor to hook you up with a network for patient's families,
even if you decide not to stick it out with him. Good luck.
