Nigel Jaquiss is a cheap sleaze merchant appealing to the prurient interests of the worst kind of people. Shame on him. When two people, both legal adults, neither of whom is involved, decide to date and have a sexual relationship is not Nigel's business anymore than it is mine. Unless Mr. Jaquiss is willing to give a detailed account of his sex life and fantasies he has no business asking it of anyone else. Hypocrite.

Since the way people respond to any and all questions about their sexual history apparently directly relates to any form of direct or indirect public employment (including public editing and reporting), THE PEOPLE OF PORTLAND HEREBY CALL for full public investigation of the entire sexual history of Mark Zusman, Nigel Jaquiss, and every public official who has called for the investigation or resignation of Sam Adams.

Anyone with stories, video, dirty panties, or hazy beer-soaked recollections of sexual encounters with any and all Willamette Week or City Hall employees are asked to make them public. Right now. The People of Portland deserve to know how many hypocrites are running the show around here.

Nigel, Mark ... is it time for that little talk with your wife? Or should we get the ball rolling for you?

Your story about Sam Adams says that a crucial piece of information you got was an email a few weeks ago saying that you should call a guy named Mark Merkle and gave you his phone number. You say you called him and he told you that he was a boyfriend of Beau and that Sam lied. Your story said that this email was sent to other papers, including the Mercury and the Oregonian. did they not call Merkle?

What the hell is their excuse? What were they afraid of? Isn't that exactly the sort of tip that you would follow up on? I don't get it

The Trib rejected my comment because it had the word "stiffy" in it. Does WW accept the word "stiffy"? (See below).
