After a Hillsboro man crashed his pickup into the back of a TriMet bus July 24, he jumped out of his car and hid in bushes a block away before his capture. Deputies accused him of drunken driving and hit-and-run.

A man is accused of intentionally driving into his ex-girlfriend, who was walking across Southwest Sussex Street on July 23. She suffered serious injuries after he accelerated and turned right into her.
