GOBBLE GOBBLE: Wild Turkey’s flagship bourbon may be best known as the drink of choice of Raoul Duke, but the 101-proof classic happens to be a pretty good whiskey—fiery and peppery with a nice long finish. It stands its own nicely in a Manhattan, and it’s discounted by $4 to $20.95 this month at all Oregon liquor stores.

A PECK OF HEP: The North Williams Pix Pâtisserie screens Roman Holiday, the 1953 romantic comedy that won Audrey Hepburn an Oscar, for free at this week’s installment of the shop’s Monday-night movie series. 3901 N Williams Ave., 282-6539, pixpatisserie.com. 8:30 pm Monday, March 22. Free.

DOWN THE HATCH: Davis Street Tavern offers $1 Kumamoto oysters and $5 glasses of bubbly from 4-6:30 pm Monday-Saturday. 500 NW Davis St., 505-5050, davisstreettavern.com.

FREE MOVEMENT: Studio X Fitness hosts a by-donation Pilates mat class every Monday at 6 pm through April 26. Proceeds benefit the Oregon Food Bank. 2839 SE Stark St., 236-7114, studioxfitness.com. 6 pm Mondays. Free or with donation.

DRINK YOUR JÄGER: Local trio Bombs Into You is a champion of blissful, yet wailing, electronic crankiness. It pumps out synth-centric power-pop arrangements while singer Jared Jensen’s slicing croon makes the dance floor shake with reckless abandon. This show, organized by Portland grassroots powerhouse Potlach Presents, is free as hell—which gives you scrilla to get bombed with Bombs Into You. WHITNEY HAWKE. Rontoms, 600 E Burnside St., 236-4536. 9 pm Sunday, March 21. Free. 21+.

THEN DRINK YOUR BEER: All the bars in the Lompoc Brewing empire—New Old Lompoc, Hedge House, 5th Quadrant and Oaks Bottom Public House—serve $2.50 pints of the house brews one day a week (Mondays at Oaks Bottom and New Old Lompoc, Tuesdays at Hedge House and 5th Quadrant). Pro tip: Those brews average 6 percent alcohol by volume, so take it easy. New Old Lompoc, 1616 NW 23rd Ave.; Hedge House, 3412 SE Division St.; 5th Quadrant, 3901 N Williams Ave.; Oaks Bottom, 1621 SE Bybee Blvd.; newoldlompoc.com.
