New York-style pizzas in an Alberta-style pizzeria. That means thin crust, huge slices and tangy sauce, but also inventive combos that lean toward the vegetarian; it means counter service and often a line out the door, but it also means friendly staff and a casual space lit by artsy, whimsical lamps. “Bella faccia” means “pretty face,” but don’t forget to check out the rear—the leafy back patio is the place to kick back with a pie and a pitcher on a summer evening.
