A hipster hangout since 1992 thanks to its tasty cocktails and clouds of cigarette smoke, Dots flashes a new, cheery green-and-blue exterior but remains dark kitsch inside: velveteen wallpaper, ceramic-tile Virgin Marys and velvet Elvises.
