Drink 2008

Don’t be fooled by the name: This place isn’t a tavern in any shot-and-a-beer sense, and it has as much to do with the brewery once on this spot as "Multnomah" County has to do with the original natives. The true summary: Pearl District plus “meat market” equals one popular bar. Like any high-end hot spot, there’s a deep lineup of beers, wines, mixed drinks and bar food to while away the hours while you’re striking out with your pick-up lines.
Perfect Patron: Bleached blondes from the ’burbs and the polo shirt-sporting men who love them. (HS)
HAPPY HOUR: 3-6 PM DAILY: $1.95-$3.95 APPETIZERS
OUTDOOR SEATING, POOL, TELEVISION.
