Regular blue-collars go here to chat it up with the friendly and prompt staff and their fellow drinkers. The drinks run cheap ($3.50 well drinks and drafts) and are served stiff, but the grease-soaked food will hold off intoxication. Not quite dark or dingy enough to feel like a real cellar, Joe's has the jukebox, pool tables and customers to keep things warm and friendly.
