Delicious food and familiar service are the specials at this quaint strip-mall cafe decorated with pictures of brightly colored flowers. The Garden Fresh Skillet ($7.99) is a crisp feast of spinach, onions, bell peppers and potatoes. Even a touch of syrup on Nancy's cinnamon-roll French toast ($6.79) would be gilding the lily. And the sweet servers could charm a Mormon vampire novelist right out of her temple garment. (SH)
