Though not exactly small, this wine bar has a lot of personal touches that make it feel comfy and inviting. Couches and easy chairs are interspersed with sturdy tables made of dark wood, and the servers have a calming presence. Order a $6 glass of wine and get friendly with a delicately toasted tuna melt and vinaigrette-adorned side salad for $8.50. Nothing costs more than $14.50, and happy hour is a treat, with $5 glasses of wine and a $5 helping of gooey spinach and artichoke dip.
