The Signal Special ($9.50) starts with a garlic, sun-dried tomato and olive oil sauce, upon which basil, parsley, walnuts and montrachet cheese are added to more traditional ingredients. Or build your own atop a triple-cheese pizza ($7.50) with meats ($1), veggies (50 cents), and—if you want to add a fourth cheese—feta, Montrachet or romano (75 cents each). These are the same owners who used to make the heavenly pies at Vista Springs Cafe. (JL)
