Excellent fries ($2.50) make a perfect complement to the tasty hot dog recipes that represent every region—like the Chicago Dog ($3.50) with sport peppers and a pickle spear, the New York chili dog ($3.50), and even a Los Lobos Dog ($3.50) with salsa, sour cream and jalapeños.
