This bar has a bit of a split personality. Offering a relatively cheap and delicious tapas-style happy-hour menu, most of the time District is a neighborhood bar where Pearl District types comingle with cast members from whatever show is currently playing at Portland Center Stage. But come the weekend this place packs in the pretty people looking to score some sweet cocktails and even sweeter ass. Think Barracuda's "bridge-and-tunnel" crowd hooking up with the Bluehour's botoxed cougars and, well, you start to get the picture.
Perfect Patron: Weekdays it's condo-mad Pearl dwellers looking to blow off steam. The weekend brings wannabes looking to blow whatever moves. (BB)
