The Tonic Lounge offers one of the least-used patios in town. Best known as a big-ass springboard venue for up-and-coming bands, Tonic features a sea of picnic tables overlooking scenic Sandy Boulevard in all its scuzzy glory. The service is hip and friendly (an increasingly rare combination), the food (from breakfast to dinner) is above par, and the lounge boasts oodles of entertainment, from old-school board and video games to a punk-heavy jukebox and video crack.
Perfect Patron: A young band playing its first paid gig, and the young groupies ready to settle for their first bass players. (APK)
HAPPY HOUR 4-7 PM MONDAY-FRIDAY: $3 WELLS AND DRAFTS.
GAMES (POOL, PINBALL, VIDEO GAMES, BOARD GAMES), VIDEO POKER, PATIO, TV, JUKEBOX, LIVE MUSIC, WI-FI.
