Hot bar dishes like the "mac & cheeze" ($3.85 for a single serving) and the mashed potatoes with mushroom gravy ($2.50) are sturdy and satisfying approximations of their dairy-filled twins, but the seasonal salad bar ($9.75 a pound) is where Papa G's excels, with an impressive variety of cold produce and mostly raw toppings and sides.
