If it rains, will I get my money back?
-The event is rain or shine. We will not offer refunds.

Can I bring my pet?
-We love pets, but they will not be admitted into Eat Mobile.


Does my ticket cover the cost of samples?
-Yes.

I'm thinking of getting a Pre-tasting ticket, what does it get me?
Pre-tasting tickets allow the bearer into Eat Mobile an hour and a half before the general admission ticket holders. Pre-tasting includes samples from 50 of Willamette Week's favorite food carts and complimentary beer by Pabst and wine by Bota Box. Guests are welcome to stay for general admission event once the pre-tasting is over. 

I have a cart and want to participate in Eat Mobile, who do I contact?

What is the parking situation?
-OMSI has a parking lot. Once the lot is full, street parking is available. TriMet and the Streetcar are great alternatives to driving.  The Streetcar now runs right by OMSI.

What is the cost for children?
-Five and under are free, 6 and older are the same price as adults.

Can I bring my stroller?
-Please leave strollers at home. Little ones are best carried in a bjorn at Eat Mobile.

Are there vegetarian options at the event?
-The event is meat-heavy, but there will be vegetarian options available. These will be indicated with a "v" on the event program.

I don't want to pay the shipping and handling fee. How do I get around that?
-You may purchase tickets at OMSI.

Will there be ATMs onsite?
-No, but our bars and vendors will use Square this year and will take credit/debit cards along with cash. 

Is there bike parking available?
-Yes.

Is there re-entry?
-No.
