ANSWER #1: "I'd start with Bill Sizemore. Without his nonsense, we could pretty much make up that shortfall."

ANSWER #2: "The Multnomah County Sheriff's Department. I'm not knocking the whole department, but the majority of the phone calls those deputies make are personal phone calls."

ANSWER #3: "I think we can get more money out of the lottery. Cigarettes, too, though I suppose both of those options run the risk of taking advantage of addicts. We could probably just trim from the municipal payroll; I see a lot of city workers just standing around their vehicles."

ANSWER #4: "I think they should start by cutting the military. I guess that in this case that means the Oregon National Guard. But they'll cut funding from schools, you know they will."
