After just a wee six months at the wheel, Genoa executive chef Ned Elliott is gonzo.
Genoa owner Kerry DeBuse confirmed that the chef has been replaced by New York transplant Jeff Sprague
, who arrived at Genoa more than a year ago from his post as sous chef at Fenouil in the Pearl District.
Elliott couldn't be reached for comment, but according to another anonymous source, he's heading to Bay 13 in the Pearl.
