WW Trades Twilight: Eclipse Sneak Preview Screening for Fan Fiction

Twilight: Eclipse

Don't say we never did anything for Portland's sizable vamp-crazed teen and mom demographic.

WW is giving away a pair of tickets for a special red-carpet sneak-preview screening of the latest installment of America's most swoony undead love triangle, The Twilight Saga: Eclipse, on Tuesday, June 29. Who gets the tix? That's be the Portlander who writes the most compelling Edward, Bella and Abs McWolfie fan fiction in town.

Send 150 words of your best Twilight prose, the most emotionally distraught the better, to promotions [at] wweek.com by 5 pm Friday, June 25. More details, here. I'm inclined to give you points if you work in the bloody birthing/biting scene from Breaking Dawn. And you might as well send photos or videos if you're creative. It couldn't hurt.

Can't properly convey your supernatural infatuation in writing? Vitaminwater is giving out additional tickets to the preview screening at two Twi-centric locations this week:

1. 4:30 pm Wednesday, June 23 at Madison High School, the original set for Forks High School (2735 NE 82nd Ave., Portland). The organizers are promising an "exclusive behind the scenes look at Madison's original set locations and movie props for the Forks High School cafeteria, Bella's locker and the biology classroom." SQUEE.

2. Noon Sunday, June 27 at the intersection of 2nd and St. Helens streets in St. Helens, Oregon. Yep, that'd be the parking lot where Edward saved Bella. DOUBLE SQUEE.
