Police in the
Dominican Republic have arrested two suspects in the killing of a successful Portland construction lawyer, according to local press reports in the Caribbean nation.
Police arrested the suspects Friday night — the same day the body of 68-year-old
Art Tarlow was found in a resort village, according to
Dominican Today.
According to a
story in Saturday's
Oregonian, Tarlow spent half the year at his Southwest Portland home and half in the Dominican Republic, where he owned a seaside villa.
