I have always thought Payam Karamooz was funny, but that's because he's my buddy. But now, it seems like the rest of America agrees with me. The Portland-raised comedian has achieved online fame and glory by having the most-watched video on Myspace with 75,000 views in one day. Payam's road to almost-glory began right here in the Rose City as he performed improv with local groups, and he eventually earned a gig as host at Harvey's after winning KATU's AM Northwest Stand-Up Comic Competition. He's currently battling it out in L.A. trying to make the big time. While he's not there yet, he seems to be on his way. Check out his video below.
