Happy New Year Ken

It's going to be a very happy new year for ex-local TV personality Ken Ackerman.

Ackerman, who was on KATU and KPTV, announced that after finding his passion for selling real estate, he would be starting his own real estate website LiveInTheNW.com mid-January. So that's what you do after winning a $1.4 million spinal injury lawsuit against OHSU.

Ackerman sent out an emailing pimping his new site, along with this catchy-bordering-on-creepy slogan:
