Ethics Investigators Knock County Commish

State ethics investigators have made a preliminary finding of two conflict-of-interest violations by Multnomah County Commissioner Maria Rojo de Steffey. The state's ethics board is scheduled to hear the case Friday in Salem.

Rojo de Steffey is accused of failing to disclose a potential conflict of interest with a property deal sought by a development company employing her husband.
