City Hall: Now More Screwed Than Before

The City of Portland will announce Monday that revenue from its business license fee has fallen lower than previous expectations. And that's going to mean new budget cuts on top of old. As of Friday, before the release of the new numbers, the city faced a spending gap of $17 million to $20 million for next year.
