letter from the governors of Oregon and Washington urging the project proceed despite a variety of concerns, David Osborn at the Stop the CRC Coalition has now produced this brief video. It should serve as a reminder that the Oregon Department of Transportation told both City of Portland and Metro officials the project would not move forward unless local concerns were addressed.
