_MG_0123 - Version 2Steve Aoki, the “BFF of Lindsay Lohan” and millionaire son of the owner of Benihana, played with Mezzi at Dante's Exotic-A-Go-Go Thursday night. Aoki has gone out and paid the cost to be the boss on his own, and his music definitely excites. He owns Dim Mak Records, named after his childhood hero Bruce Lee's unmatchable death strike. With songs that mention GG Allin—and pay respect to Public Enemy—he has some pretty interesting influences. Aoki has remixed everyone from Snoop Dogg to the Killers. Onstage he coolly cut it all up as he mixed, screamed, stage dived and sprayed a little bubbly on everybody. When it was all said and done, the show was bangin'—as evidenced by these crazy photos
