Merkley v. Bunning: The Latest

U.S. Sen. Jim Bunning (R-Ky.) has made himself into quite the political punching bag lately by blocking the extension of unemployment benefits on the Senate floor, and then reportedly telling Sen. Jeff Merkley (D-Ore.) "Tough shit" when Merkley called him on it.
