Video: The Memories, “Softly”

 Gnar Tapes labelmates BOOM! and White Fang have long been friends, but recently the two Portland groups have been collaborating on a new, poppier project called the Memories. The supergroup recently put out a debut music video titled “Softly.” While this new spawning is actually a little more refined than its parent projects, you’ll see in the video that the Memorials retain the nonchalance of a band whose latest LP is titled Whatever and the whimsy of another that has a cut called “I’m So Buff.”
