Gov.-elect John Kitzhaber hasn’t let the holidays slow his political action committee’s collection of contributions.

Since WW reported last week that the Democratic governor-elect was raising money to cover expenses for his transition to office next month, there have been several large and noteworthy donations to Kitzhaber 2010 over the past week.

Among those on the list of donors since Dec. 15:Qwest, $10,000; Oregon Technology PAC,Northwest Evaluation Association CEO Matt Chapman, and Dentists of Oregon, $5,000 apiece; Associated Oregon Industries and the PAC for state Rep. Brian Clem (D-Salem), $2,500 each; the PAC for former state Sen. Ryan Deckert, now head of the Oregon Business Association, $1,000.
