Oregon Attorney General Jumps into Legal Battle Over Health Care

Republicans in the U.S. House may have taken a symbolic vote this week to repeal healthcare reform.

But befitting his earlier support of last year’s federal healthcare overhaul, Oregon Attorney General John Kroger is among nine Democratic state attorneys general now filing a brief in defense of the law’s mandate for individuals to buy health insurance.
