Local Company Offers Valentines Delivered by Bike

Here's a way to help the Portland Women's Crisis Line and share some bike love this Valentine's Day.

Owners of the Portland-based company Trees By Bike, Max Kirchoff and Christina Collada, have expanded their business with the creation of Love By Bike for Valentine's Day. The two will offer Valentine deliveries for up to two days before the Feb. 14 holiday. Items available for delivery include roses, coffee, cards, all of which are locally grown or made.

Ten percent of all revenue Love By Bike receives will go to the Portland Women's Crisis Line, an organization that helps women who are victims of sexual violence.

"I'd love to see it succeed not just for us, but for our partners and our riders," Kirchoff said in a prepared statement. "It would be great to spread local love and ride bikes every day."
