Darcelle Arrested for Allegedly Assaulting Two OLCC Officers

Legendary Portland drag queen and newly minted author Darcelle XV was arrested Thursday night for allegedly assaulting two Oregon Liquor Control Commission officers, according to Northwest Cable News.

According to the website, the 80-year-old entertainer (whose real name is Walter Cole) and his business partner pushed two OLCC inspectors who were at their Old Town club to investigate whether alcohol had been served to minors.

Cole has not yet returned a phone call seeking comment.
