Get Up Close and Personal With Water & Bodies

Have you ever wanted the opportunity to see one of your favorite bands in an intimate setting, watching them as they run through some songs and/or rehearse just for your benefit? That's the kind of shit that the monied class pay upwards of six figures for. Not so with local art rockers Water & Bodies.

You could be one of the lucky 30 folks who get to sit in on a performance by the quartet happening this Saturday at the Crystal Ballroom. What do you need to do? Email waterandbodies@gmail.com. Simple enough, eh? Better act quickly though.

I'll let the band handle the rest of the pertinent information and give you a taste of the live Water & Bodies experience below that.

We are teaming up with Green Luck Media Group and Matthew Brush Photography to capture the true meaning of Water & Bodies. A live band. This will be an intimate filming session shared with 30 friends on Saturday Aug 27th. The idea is to play a live show in a practice/ low key environment and interact with everyone in the room. We want to create the feeling that you're right at rehearsal with us even if you're watching it on your computer in Japan. The songs will get released as a series on our YouTube page and we will also have a limited number of DVD's made.

*** IF YOU LIVE IN PORTLAND AND WANT TO BE A PART OF THE AUDIENCE PLEASE EMAIL US AT waterandbodies@gmail.com

There is a limited number of people (30) we can have attend so if you want in email us now! Filming will start around 1pm on Saturday Aug 27th. We will have free mimosas, beer, and snacks for everyone involved. The shoot should only take around an hour because we are filming it all in one take to capture a very raw feel!

We are very excited for the opportunity and hope you all enjoy it.
cheers,
Christopher, Beau, Aaron, & Kile
