Beyond TBA: Three Local Performances Piggyback on the Festival

As if there weren't enough interesting theater to attend this week, three local companies have jumped into TBA's ten days o' fun interesting work for cheap.

Seth Nehil, whom I profiled in this week's paper, is presenting a preview of his show Children's Games this Saturday at 2 pm at Portland Actors Conservatory, 1436 SW Montgomery St. He'll be joined by Hand2Mouth Theatre presenting their most recent work, Uncanny Valley. Both performances are free.

Also presenting this weekend is TinkJacobTheordores Badass Adventure, a new (to me, anyway) company presenting a movement/theater piece in the window of Place Gallery at Southwest 5th Avenue and Morrison Street on the third floor. The performance, which will be watched from the street outside Pioneer Place mall, will begin mid-afternoon and continue until dark; binoculars are recommended.
