Portland Taxidermy: Dead Things On Walls

A map of Portland bars and restaurants with stuffed critters

Shae Healey's piece about the rise of taxidermy in Portland in this week's WW, The Right Stuffing, says:

"Paxton Gate, a natural sciences store on North Mississippi Avenue, has sold a lot of taxidermy since opening last year, often to bar and restaurant owners looking for signature pieces."

Which got us thinking: there are an awful lot of dead animals on the walls of this city's restaurants and bars. We've come up with a map of 19. We've almost certainly missed some. Let us know, and we'll add them to the map.
