82nd Avenue's Main Street Restaurant and Lounge has closed. Taking its place is Saigon Pearl Restaurant & Lounge, a Vietnamese bar with pool and video poker.

Solar-powered, vegan burger cart Off the Griddle is opening a brick-and-mortar offshoot named AnD Cafe at th former Cafe Monet space at 5420 E Burnside St. It will serve breakfast and lunch.

Little Big Burger has applied for a full license—liquor included—for its third Portland location at 3810 SE Division St.

Thomas Stockton and Nicolaas Byma have applied to open My Mystery Date in a house 6910 NE Emerson St. No idea what that is.

Barbecue cart Hog Wild BBQ & Catering has applied to open an indoor restaurant in the former Wei Wei Pan Asian Eatery at 9226 SE 82nd Ave., in the same complex as the Happy Valley Home Depot.

Finally, fans of pun-loving southeast-Asian restaurants should be delighted to know that Medford is now home to Pho Sure.
