Video: Unknown Mortal Orchestra, "Thought Ballune"

 Before I watched this video, I thought a bit about how I would visually represent this song. Sadly, all I could come up with was a weird kind of Austin Powers-esque psychedelic treatment, to match up with the groovy swing of the song.

What Unknown Mortal Orchestra and directors Jordan Blady and Ryan Knowles came up with though was a David Lynch/Tim Burton style freak show of floating heads and discomfort. All of this goes to prove only one thing: I should never be asked to make a music video.
