The "Shit X Say" meme has spawned some really funny derivatives (I'm quite fond of "Shit Girls Say to Gay Guys"), but perhaps none more relevant to Portland than "Shit Bartenders Say" and "Shit Bartenders Mixologists Say." Neither was filmed here—the former is from San Francisco (though I'm told one of the creators is a former Portland barista) and the latter Madison, WI.—but by gum, both could have been.
