Great Value. Indeed.

That's a Walmart house brand, by the way.

Backstory from the Portland Police Bureau announcement:

On Friday, January 13, 2012, officers from the Portland Police Bureau's Drugs and Vice Division (DVD) were in the area of SE 92nd Avenue and SE Division Street following up on neighborhood drug complaints.

DVD officers knocked on the door of 9230 SE Division Street, the person who answered the door granted officers consent to enter the location and search the premise for illicit narcotics.

In the freezer in the kitchen, officers discovered 4.67 pounds of bulk packaged heroin and a total of 1.1 pounds of individually packaged pieces of heroin.

28-year-old Uriel Hermosillo-Castillon was arrested and charged with Manufacturing, Delivery and Possession of Heroin and booked into the Multnomah County Jail.

The estimated street value of the seized heroin is between $390,000 and $446,000.
The address where police made the bust is actually a fairly new condo complex, for what it's worth.
