Buried Alive: Behind This Week's Cover Shoot

We don't usually like to ruin the magic of our front covers, but we couldn't resist this week.

Art director Ben Mollica and photographer James Rexroad were tasked with photographing filmmaker Don Gronquist being "buried alive." Here's how they did it:
