Is Oregon's GOP Dead, Or Just On Life Support?

Last week, we sat down with Tim Hibbitts, the dean of Oregon pollsters, to get a briefing on the election. We have already run clips of that interview in which he talked about the level of support in Oregon for gay marriage and the not so slow death of Jefferson Smith's mayoral campaign. In this portion of the interview, Hibbitts articulates the extent to which Oregon has become a one-party state. He talks about the defeat of Knute Buehler, the Republican candidate for Secretary of State, the reason why Oregon is becoming even more blue and what Republicans must do if they have a prayer of being elected statewide (hint: their position on choice matters).
