First, we had the PPB taking an official stance against the Harlem Shake.
Now, we get real dash cam footage of Traffic Officer Mark James as he tries to catch up to a speeder, only to wind up stuck in an unusual traffic jam: a mother duck and her ducklings.
As the video says, James successfully got the mother and flock to swim away. Unfortunately for the cops, the speeder got away too. We'd argue that guy is one lucky duck.
