U.S. Rep. Peter DeFazio (D-Springfield) today asked state House and Senate leaders to reconsider the impact of congestion pricing on low-income commuters in Portland.
His concern stems from House Bill 2001, which Gov. Ted Kulongoski signed on July 29.
