Earl Blumenauer On End of Life Care

This week's WW has a piece about U.S. Rep. Earl Blumenauer's efforts to require Medicare to reimburse physicians for discussing end-of-life choices with patients.

With a hat tip to Blue Oregon, here's recent video of the Oregon Democrat taking to the House floor to defend his proposal against misrepresentations by some Republicans that those end-of-life discussions would somehow be mandatory.
