Michael Jackson Is Survived By Hawkers Of His Items. Buyer Beware!

Do you want Michael Jackson's spirit to always be with you? For the low, low price of $1,958 you can buy his spirit trapped inside a crystal! (Apparently his spirit is so powerful, it has blurred the quality of this picture accompanying this item on eBay.)

After MJ's death June 26, more than 20,000 Michael-Jackson related items appeared for sale on eBay, the Oregon Better Business Bureau reports. Not so surprisingly, the BBB advises many of these items have purely sentimental value, and urges caution before shelling out big bucks for memorabilia.

Other MJ items on sale now include: an "Authentic Mold of Michael Jackson's head," a crochet pattern to make your own MJ doll and a strand of MJ's hair (DNA test not included). Forget to pick up a copy of the unforgettable paper detailing his death? Don't worry, you can buy a copy of the L.A. Times, less than a week old, for $3,000.

But the prices for some MJ collectibles aren't nearly as outrageous as the prices for MJ-related domain names, also listed on eBay. Michael Jackson's #1 fan can own "www.OfficialMichaelJacksonMemorial.com" for $9 million (or best offer). Just imagine what you could do with your MJ fan site titled "WWW.MICHAELJACKSONSHITSAGAIN.COM"
