City Council Considers 10-Year Tax Abatement For A Controversial Housing Complex

City Council will consider an ordinance [PDF] Wednesday morning that, if approved, would grant a 10-year tax break to a proposed apartment complex in the Boise neighborhood.

Some neighbors are already up in arms about the project, which would dwarf the neighboring single-family homes. They have filed an appeal [PDF] on the project [PDF]. More tomorrow.
