Bishops is gay! And hairy!

If you've had your hair cut at one of the six Bishops Barber Shop locations throughout Portland in the last few weeks, chances are your leftover hair may be taking a ride downtown as Tahoe Jackson and members of the Rose City Softball Association's Team XTREME sings and dances all over it.

Bishops created the hair-covered masterpiece as their float for this year's Portland Pride Parade this Sunday, June 14.

The PBR-fueled Miller High Life-fueled alt-barbershop is showing solidarity with members of its staff that happen to also be members of the gay community.

Tahoe Jackson has performed with Black Angel, The Decemberists and Hungry Mob, to name a few. So get out there, support the community, and hope none of that hair comes loose.

The official Portland Pride Parade is set to kick off fromNorthwest Park Avenue and Davis Street at 11:15 am Sunday, June 14.
